ICE-Trade Conveyor Belt Winders
Depending the weight, roll diameter, conveyor belt width and winding speed the ITBWs are engineered and produced.
The ICE-Trade Belt Reelers features safety chucks till a roll weight of 21 T. Above this weight special bearing blocks are installed.
For outside applications, like open cast mining the winders have a cradle, which enables pulling the belt winder behind loaders through the field.
The power supply is either electricity, hydraulics or with a separate power unit, or no power supply, just for unwinding / dereeling.
The none driven belt winders features an adjustable mechanical brake.
The belt winder/reeler can also be built on a trailer, for mobile use.
